GASCO 21 Journey Towards Excellence
INSPIRING, EMBRACING & CHAMPIONING CHANGE.
At the turn of the millennium, with the merger of GASCO and ATHEER, we launched G21 – Our Journey Towards Excellence. This initiative was aimed to enable cultural change and embed the ethos of excellence into every facet of the company.
Since its launch, G21 has evolved according to our strategic needs and cultural aspirations. It is now a firmly consolidated change management process supported by our Corporate Excellence Division together with Excellence Coordinators representing different plants and divisions within the company.
The drive behind corporate excellence is to enhance GASCO’s organizational nimbleness and excellence by aligning corporate behavior and core business processes with GASCO’s aspiration and business imperatives, leveraging change management, internal communication, as well as adherence to defined ISO standards.
Our journey towards excellence has seen its next evolutionary step during 2012, which saw us implementing a new organizational structure and revitalizing our cultural attributes to yet again prepare the company to face its current and future strategic challenges.
The aim of this journey is to allow us to create shareholder value and an even better working environment through improved business processes, improved employee engagement, innovation and knowledge management, but most importantly the commitment of every single employee.
