    GASCO, which is a part of the ADNOC Group of Companies, was incorporated in 1978 as a joint venture between:











        ADNOC (68 %)           Shell (15%)         Total (15%)        and Partex (2%).



    In 2008, the Joint Venture Agreement was restated and renewed for an additional 20 years (2008-2028).
