    GASCO 21 began as a company-wide initiative to promote “performance centered” change and increase organizational capabilities. It has since grown and became an embedded way of doing business at GASCO. As such we will continue to rely on it as a vehicle for the successful delivery of change mandates.

    Our journey Towards Excellence will continue to be driven by values we have identified initially when the first journey, GASCO Realizing the Vision, was launched. These values are essential in sustaining the cohesive spirit that will help us in attaining our vision of being the most innovative and respected supplier of Gas and Hydrocarbons in the U.A.E.

  • GASCO21 will continue to host an array of initiatives and activities aimed at aligning business processes and people as well as continually engaging people. In one of its first endeavors, GASCO21 launched the 2008 GASCO People Survey with a new perspective that enabled us to gauge the employees' perceptions. The results were reviewed by an independent external adviser, Towers Perrin-ISR, the leading global firm providing employee surveys worldwide, who commented that,

    “These results are very positive and a credit to GASCO, they compare very favorably to Global High Performance companies around the world”.

    Following the analysis of results, the findings were immediately communicated with all divisions to inform and develop their Action Plans for Year 2009.

    The GASCO 21 is fully supported by the CEO as well as its executive leadership team. However, it is driven mainly through a network of carefully selected change agents who exhibit an initiative and collaborative spirit and are actively involved in improving their organization.
