In order to maintain and provide a high standard of living of their employees, ADNOC group grants Furniture purchase Allawance for eligible staff according to their Job Grade and marital status.
ADNOC Group are committed to providing employees in Abu Dhabi and remote sites with various sports, recreational and social facilities that help them maintain a comfortable standard of living. In Abu Dhabi, the recreational facilities supervise the organization of various social activities and sports trounaments that are conducted for the enjoyement of the company’s employees and their families. In remote sites, there are many sports club and different leisure groups, in addition to first-class services and amenities that are all offered free of charge.
Adnoc group employees are provided with special company-sponsored health care services at companies’ Medical Clinics and their pharmacies, where they can either be treated or, otherwise, referred for specialist treatment to local hospitals. At sites all employees get free-for-charge medical treatment and medication.
ADNOC Group employees are entitled to receive a company loan (interest free), decided according to their respective grades, that help them buy the car of their choice. This interest free loan is repayable in easy installments deducted from the concerned employee’s salary.
