In our commitment to be an employer of first choice, we provide two types of employment and comprehensive benefits to our employees:

  • Contract Hire – lump sum salary
  • Direct Hire – basic salary plus benefits (some of which are listed below)

Accommodation:
Eligible employees are provided with accommodation based on certain eligibility criteria (i.e. grade, family status, etc.).

Furniture Allowance:
A furniture purchase allowance is granted based on eligibility to assist employees to furnish their accommodation.

Health Insurance:
All employees are provided with company sponsored health insurance.

Cultural and Recreational Benefits
In line with our cultural attribute "live life fully" , we are committed to providing employees with various recreational benefits. Besides hosting social and sports activities throughout the year, GASCO offers some other cultural and recreational benefits:

  • Al Rimal Club – our very own social center with gym and. F&B and gathering facilities.
  • We subsidize 50% (up to AED 5000/-) of your annual health club membership.
  • GASCO Sports teams (golf, cricket, dive, lifeline, Goldsgym and Fitness First).
  • The GASCO Recreation Committee (GRC) organizes regular get-togethers, subsidized movie, hotel stays at preferential rates, safaris, health awareness campaigns & events, and much more.
  • All our site locations have excellent gym, pool and recreational facilities.


Car Purchase Loan:
Based on certain eligibility criteria, employees receive an interest free Company loan to assist them in buying a car.

Other Benefits
Based on the type of employment and eligibility, other allowances include: remote area allowance, transportation allowance, annual leave allowance, social allowance, child allowance and water and electricity allowance.
